All subjective returns where the cause doesn’t define any mistake from our end will be assessed a 20% restocking fee or a minimum of $10, whichever is higher. In case, you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you can return the same to us within 2 weeks of receiving the parcel. In case,you are willing to return the product after 2 weeks, you will need to get approval with a genuine reason.Also, a 30% restocking fee will be applicable in such a case.

When an order is placed, it is processed within a 24-hour time period. So, if an order has been cancelled after they have been filled but before shipping will be charged the higher of $10.00 or 20% restocking fee.

In case you refuse to accept the order on delivery, you will bear the complete shipment return cost in addition to the higher of $10.00 or 20% restocking fee. There is no exception in case of covering labour and packing cost.
